专利说明:
MODULAR SUPPORT ORGANIZATION MOCULAR SUPPORT ORGANIZATION FOR COVERING SURFACES This invention relates to a modular support member for covering large surfaces, which offers new essential properties and special advantages in comparison with the current applied technique in using support members for covering large surfaces, such as industrial halls, sports complexes, commercial centers, large department stores , etc. Generally, with this invention, a modular support member is developed for covers of large surfaces, which are built with known construction systems, such as support systems based on carriers or half-carriers and covers based on panels or similar materials. The invention further comprises a modular support member for covering large surfaces, with a modular structure that is placed on support systems to subsequently attach a covering material to the series of beams. Today, large surface covering construction systems are manufactured on the basis of the corresponding support systems consisting of supports or half-carriers, by joining two columns with a corner frame, this frame can be assembled by connecting two parts perpendicular to each other at their free ends to form the truss which will support the conventional beams on which the roof covering will rest. With the conventional beams currently used in this type of construction, the size of the space between the support systems depends on the inside of which angles and legs must be welded to the trusses of the support systems at the place where the conventional beams will support, which generally means a considerable weight, whereby one is obliged to reinforce the support systems with the corresponding cross connections. The present invention relates to a modular support member for covering large surfaces, which is placed between the support systems and the covering material and is manufactured with a sheet comprising rigid material, preferably metal, has an inverted U-shape and is on the wings at the ends provided in the length with a series of openings at equal distances from each other. One of the features of the invention is that the wings serve as support on the trusses of the carriers of the support systems. Another feature of the invention is that it can be screwed to the trusses through the openings. Another feature of the invention is that via the openings also the superimposed ends of two modular support members, object of this invention, can be attached. All this is described in detail in the following description. The description of the object of the invention is made with reference to the accompanying figures, which, in a non-limiting manner, will serve as an example and which have been drawn up on the basis of a preferred embodiment. The following is shown in the figures: FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the modular support member for covering large surfaces, object of the present invention, which is screwed onto a truss of the support systems. FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of two modular supporting members for covering large surfaces, object of the present invention, which are screwed onto the two parts of the frame of a half-carrier of the support systems. FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of a series of modular support members for covering large surfaces, purpose of the present invention, which are screwed onto one of the trusses of the support systems. FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of various modular support members for roofing of large surfaces, object of the present invention, which are screwed onto three carriers of the support systems. The detailed description of the preferred embodiment of the invention will be made on the basis of the accompanying figures, on which the corresponding or similar parts are designated with the same reference numbers that appear on the different figures. As can be seen on the figures mentioned, the modular (1) beam for covering large surfaces, object of this invention, consists of a rectangular plate made of rigid material, preferably metal, in an inverted U-shape, with flared side walls (11) and with wings (12) on the sides in the spring, the connections of the side walls (11) with the central part (13) being obliquely lengthwise finished (14). The side walls (11) in the central portion have longitudinally sloping, angular recessed portions (15), which are provided with a series of openings (16) equally spaced. The wings (12) have a slightly angular finish and are provided with a series of openings (17) at equal distances from each other. Based on the described structure, the modular (1) beam for covering large surfaces, purpose of this invention, is used in the following manner: The modular beam (1) is located on the conventional support systems (2) that are placed in parallel and consist of pillars (21) and trusses (22) -based carriers or assembled by half-carriers with trusses (22) in parts (221), so that the wings (12) of the modular beams (1) rest on top of the trusses (22) of the supports or the parts (211) of the half-supports. The parts (221) of the half-carriers are connected to the corresponding conventional systems (3) by means of nuts and screws, as is shown in the first and second figure of the attached floor plans. The modular beams (1) are placed with their wings (12) on the trusses (22) and secured with screws (18) in the openings (17) corresponding to the corresponding truss (22). In addition, two modular beams (1) placed linearly in length will be superimposed with their corresponding ends on the corresponding truss (22) and the screws (18) in their corresponding openings on the superimposed wings (12 ), as can be seen on the third figure of the attached floor plans. The connection of the two modular beams (1) that are placed linearly in the length is thus reinforced, since on the superimposed parts of the modular beams (1), screws and nuts are also placed in the corresponding openings (16). ) of both modular beams (1). On the upper parts of the trusses (22), a series of modular beams (1) is placed in parallel with two of their wings (12), one on top of the other and pierced with screws (18) in their openings (17) in order to thus joining the two parallel modular beams (1) with the corresponding part of the truss (22). As soon as all the modular beams (1) are attached to the trusses (22) of the support systems (2), the covering systems consisting of conventional elements are placed on the stated modular beams (1). The modular (1) beam for roofing of large surfaces thus offers the following advantages: - Have modular beams (1) of different lengths depending on the spaces to be covered and whose length can be materialized and even determined during the construction itself , by cutting the metal plates transversely. - A simple and convenient connection as a function of matching the openings (17) and (16) between two modular beams (1), the two ends of which can be placed on top of each other, both in relation to each other and to the trusses (22) , whereby a variable connection is possible as a function of increasing or decreasing the composite surface between the two modular beams (1). -The modular beams (1) serve for any length of spaces between trusses (22), without having to increase their cross-section, as with the conventional beams, since it will suffice to place the superimposed parts between the two modular beams (1) to increase. These modular beams (1) also offer better accessibility and simplicity when mounting or breaking down these types of structures, they are easy to transport and store, as the beams (1) can be perfectly stacked because they are nestable and require in addition, less manual labor, which means a considerable cost reduction in manufacturing, installing and dismantling. It is not considered necessary to extend this description so that an expert in the field can understand its scope and put the described object into practice. Although only a preferred embodiment of the object has been described in the previous description, it is self-evident that different variations can be applied to it without signifying any modification to the invention. Such adjustments may, in particular, affect the shape, size and / or building materials, the essential points being set forth in the following claims:
